As a business, we are always looking to develop and evolve, meaning there are plenty of opportunities to join our team and build a career with us. In the last five years, we have doubled the number of our employees. We manage our entire customer journey in-house, from the warehouse and transport to customer service, product sourcing and marketing - so we’re confident there is a role to suit you.
We have a strong policy of promoting from within, preferring to develop our employees from junior positions right up to management - and even board level. We place a great value on training and are always happy to discuss additional opportunities that can help further develop you within your role, sponsoring courses such as CIPD, Prince 2 and CIM. We also have had many apprentices who have completed their studies, such as IT Support and Business Admin, going on to gain full-time roles within the business.
We are a hard-working company, but a fun and caring one too! For example, our 300+ colleagues enjoy regular social events such as our winter and summer parties. In addition to this, we often get involved with fun activities for days such as Red Nose Day and run competitions with great prizes! We also are proud of our Reward and Recognition scheme that celebrates our colleagues who have demonstrated outstanding performance and embody our company values.
If you're interested in working with us, please send your CV, and we will be in touch if a suitable position becomes available.
We look forward to working with you!
