Careers.
At Direct Online Services, our people are the cornerstone of our company. We prioritise the growth and well-being of our colleagues. In doing so we can continually develop and enhance our business. Our commitment to creating an inclusive environment ensures that everyone feels safe and empowered to flourish.
Along the customer journey, there are many channels within our business; encompassing warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, sourcing, marketing (to name a few!), and we handle it all in-house. This means that there are diverse opportunities available for you to explore and contribute your talents.
While we are a dedicated and hard-working team, we also value having fun and showing care for one another. We organise engaging events such as summer and winter parties, quizzes, and even participate in light-hearted activities for Red Nose Day. Our chosen charity this year is Dementia UK, and we are getting creative at all levels in the business to show our support. Regardless of our geographical presence, we ensure that everyone can participate and feel included.
One aspect of which we take immense pride is our Reward and Recognition Scheme, where team members can nominate their peers for their outstanding work and embodiment of our values. We also have a quarterly team award. It is a testament to our commitment to fostering a supportive and appreciative work culture.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to sourcing and nurturing the best talent available, which is why we have a strong internal promotion policy. Countless team members have progressed from junior positions to management roles and even reached board level. We take training seriously and provide you with the necessary tools and support to excel in your career. Our team has benefited from various professional development courses, including CIPD, CIM, Prince 2, and apprenticeships. Our people are the core and heart of our business, and we are here to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
So don’t be shy, we would love to hear from you! Even if we don’t have a role open currently that you are interested in, reach out and connect! You never know what may appear in the future.
